INVERTER COATED ELECTRODE WELDING UNIT (MMA) 400 A
The GYSARC 400 TRI is a three-phase MMA / TIG generator with exceptional welding performance. Designed around reinforced electronics, this unit offers manufacturers maximum productivity, even in the most hostile environments. Its VRD device, which can be activated internally, protects welders in areas at risk of explosion.
MMA process
- MMA welding current from 20 to 400 A
- Duty cycle of 60% at 400 A (40°C)
- Accepts Rutile, Basic, Stainless Steel, Cast Iron and Cellulosic electrodes (up to Ø 6 mm)
- Integrated welding aids: adjustable Hot Start, adjustable Arc Force and Antisticking
- Arc gouging with carbon electrode (up to Ø 6.4 mm)
TIG DC process
- TIG DC welding current from 20 to 400 A
- Lift ignition
- Current/voltage display during welding.
- Optional RC-HA1 manual remote control (045675)
- VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) can be activated to reduce the no-load output voltage to 20 V.
- IP23 protection level for outdoor use
- Three-phase power supply 400 V - 32 A
