TITAN 231 DC FV is a single-phase, 230 A professional TIG generator with IP23S protection to withstand the harshest operating conditions. Its cutting-edge technology guarantees a perfectly stable arc and impeccable welding quality. Its high duty cycle is ideal for industrial and robotic applications.
2 WELDING PROCESSES
• DC Standard: smooth current welding on most ferrous materials.
• DC Pulsed up to 2 kHz: controls the temperature of the molten bath, limits deformation and enables the assembly of thin sheet metal of thicknesses as low as 0.3 mm.
• Standard MMA: rutile and basic electrodes (up to Ø 5 mm).
• MMA Pulsed up to 500 Hz: facilitates welding in vertical upward position (pipes/pipelines, etc.).
OPTIMIZED TIG SETTINGS
• TIG 100% duty cycle: 200 A
• 4 aiming modes
• E-Weld mode ensures that the welder maintains welding power regardless of the position of the torch in relation to the workpiece.
